FLF appears to work by combining not only cutting edge nutrition and not one, but two weight loss methods, but also caloric shifting and some intense, but brief, workouts.

One term you may not have heard of before is “Caloric Shifting.” Calorie shifting is a principle that focuses on eating a different amount of calories on different days--and at different times-- to confuse your body. But even those fights--with "only" two combatants in a ring--is pretty traditional . . . at least when you compare it to the Russian TV version which apparently uses four guys and a three-dimensional "set."

Don't you just pity the poor guy from KTRK in Houston who had to spend all day at the cheerleader tryouts for the NFL's Houston Texas and take more than 300 pictures?

Well, don't feel too bad for him . . . he had to go back a second day and take more than 80 more.

And, of course, he and the editorial staff had to pour over them to find just the right ones to post online because, well, people want to know who is going to be selected to stand on the sidelines this fall.

Poor guy is probably exhausted today.

The least we can do is take a look at the pictures and let him know what a brave man he was for taking this job. Right . . . right? Hey, wait for me!

We're not sure when the first winning sports team decided to dump the giant thermos of Gatorade on their coach, but most likely it wasn't at an indoor sporting event . . . like basketball.

Of course, if any of the morons in this clip had actually gone to class instead of practice they might have learned that putting a liquid on top of a polished wooden floor is like creating an instant indoor ice rink . . . with obvious results.

No doubt we will be seeing more of this in the future.

A Hooters Girl, acting as a "ball girl" at the Major League Baseball game thinks she's doing her duty by catching and then tossing a foul ball into the stands.

The only problem? It was fair before it curved out-of-bounds. Oops.

Then again, we doubt this is the first time anyone has used the words "unwittingly" and "Hooters Girl" in the same sentence.

Either way, we can watch her walk back to have a seat all day.

We Have a Winner! Drunk Mugshot of Raider's Desmond Bryant Could Be Best/Worst Ever

We have seen a lot of bad mug shots in the past 13 years, but this one by Oakland Raider Desmond Bryant--taken at 9:30 in the morning, no less!--is one we won't soon forget.

You know, his picture should just appear on the breathalyzer when you're more than twice the legal limit. I can hear the cop now, "You registered at Des Bryant. We have to take you directly to the hospital at that level."

We originally didn't want to poke fun of Desmond Bryant's mugshot, because we've all been there before -- shirtless, inebriated and showing up randomly to a neighbor's house at breakfast time and making a ruckus. But it's out there and it's special, so here it is: The Oakland Raiders defensive tackle was arrested Sunday morning and charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. The San Francisco Chronicle says the 27-year-old went "to a neighbor's house inebriated and [caused] a commotion." All facts are alleged. The mugshot and booking time of 9:24 a.m. are undisputedly real.

Video: Cheerleader Makes Awesome Half Court Shot at Basketball Game - Ashlee Arnau

Cheerleaders are supposed to stand along the sidelines and, well, cheer.

But not Ashlee Arnau, a cheerleader at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She's been working a trick shot that will likely go down in the record books. And is unlikely to be repeated any time soon.

During halftime of William Carey's NAIA hoops game against Auburn Montgomery on Thursday night a cheerleader made a half-court shot in epic, acrobatic fashion.

The William Carey cheerleader, Ashlee Arnau, first picked up the ball as she was doing a forward handspring and then preceded to launch an overhead heave close to 50 feet away from the rim to completely drain the half-court shot. No bank was open. Nothing but net.

Apparently, Arnau has been practicing the shot since Christmas and finally made it. The half-court trick shot was not only impressive because it was mid-flip, but also because of the arm strength to launch an over-the-head half-courter. As it turns out, Arnau is on the William Carey soccer team as well. Not a bad way to combine two skill sets.
