There's nothing like having your local pro football team in the playoffs and hyping the event by having one of your local TV news reporters do a live shot from the roof of a restaurant near the stadium before the game. What could possibly go wrong?
Well, of you're Lee Valsvik of Minneapolis NBC affiliate, your cameraman could decide to turn himself into a running back and knock you over FROM BEHIND as he runs with the football. Yes, it is as stupid as it sounds.
Never mind that Valsvik looks like a nice Midwestern grandma and the idiot with the football thinks he's Adrian Peterson. On the plus side, the blind-sided Valsvik is able to yell "I'm OK" as she lays on the ground after crashing into a table amid the sounds of breaking glass and flying silverware. Maybe next time you could do the shot over by the flaming grill or one of the hot ovens?
Seriously: what was this guy thinking? It would be funny to see this lady knocked off her feet by a grown man? Or that it would be "dramatic" to interrupt the shot this way?
